Terms of service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Capzy.ai website, API, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Capzy.ai ("Capzy", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, submitting a request to our API, or installing our browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Capzy provides a CAPTCHA-solving API and browser extension that automatically detects and solves CAPTCHA challenges on web pages. We support a range of CAPTCHA types including reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, GeeTest, FunCaptcha, AWS WAF, DataDome, PerimeterX, Akamai, and others.

Solves are billed per successful attempt against your prepaid account balance. Attempts that the Service determines to have failed are automatically credited back to your balance in the form of additional solve credits — this internal reconciliation is not a cash refund.

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any activity performed using your API key is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately from your dashboard and contact support@capzy.ai. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Capzy is a tool for legitimate automation. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on websites where you have the right to automate interactions.

Permitted use cases include: Quality assurance and end-to-end testing of your own web applications. Accessibility workflows for users with motor or visual impairments. Authorized security testing and penetration engagements. Automation of your own accounts on sites where automation is permitted by the site's terms. Academic and research use where CAPTCHAs block legitimate tooling.

You agree not to use the Service to: Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. Bypass CAPTCHA protections on websites where the operator has not authorized automation, or where automation is expressly prohibited by the website's terms of service. Engage in credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access to accounts you do not own. Scrape personal data from websites in violation of applicable privacy laws.

Conduct denial-of-service attacks, spam campaigns, or mass registration fraud. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our solver infrastructure. Use the Service in a way that interferes with or disrupts our infrastructure or the experience of other users.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Capzy complies with the terms of service of any third-party website you interact with. Capzy is not responsible for consequences resulting from your use of the Service on websites where such use is not permitted.

Capzy provides intangible digital goods. Once a deposit has been processed, the funds are immediately converted into solve credits on your account and made available for use. Because these credits are digital goods delivered instantly on payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to every deposit, every top-up, and every package, regardless of payment method.

Capzy operates on a prepaid balance model. You add credits in advance, and the cost of each successful solve is automatically deducted from that balance at the per-type rate shown in your dashboard at the time of the solve. Credits are not currency, not a stored-value instrument, and not redeemable for cash.

All deposits are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credit reversals, or cash-outs of unused balances — including for change of mind, accidental over-deposit, inability or unwillingness to integrate the Service, third-party software incompatibility, lack of technical expertise, unused balance at account closure, or dissatisfaction with the Service's performance on any particular website, CAPTCHA type, or target.

When a solve attempt fails, the deducted cost is automatically returned to your Capzy balance as additional solve credits. This is an internal accounting reversal within your account only — it is not a cash refund, is not paid back to your card, bank, or payment method, and does not constitute an obligation to refund any deposit.

Balances do not expire for active accounts, but unused balances on accounts that are suspended, terminated for cause, closed by the user, or inactive for more than twenty-four (24) months may be forfeited at our discretion with no right to a cash refund.

Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you have a billing concern, you must contact support@capzy.ai before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your card issuer, bank, or PayPal. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-excludable right to a refund (for example, certain EU and UK digital-content withdrawal rights), you may exercise that right in accordance with the applicable law. By confirming your deposit and receiving immediate access to solve credits, you expressly consent to the provision of digital content before the expiry of any applicable statutory withdrawal period.

The Capzy browser extension is provided as a convenience for using the Service while browsing. By installing the extension, you confirm that you will only enable auto-solve on websites you own or are authorized to test.

The extension does not activate on pages without CAPTCHAs and does not collect browsing data from unrelated pages. You can disable auto-solve for any CAPTCHA type at any time from the extension popup.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused the Service, initiated a chargeback without first contacting support, or used the Service in a way that harms Capzy or other users.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. In any case of suspension, termination, or voluntary closure, any remaining balance is forfeited and is not refundable in accordance with Section 5. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing and no-refund policy, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that every solve will succeed, that solve times will meet any specific target, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. CAPTCHA providers frequently change their challenges; temporary failures are an expected part of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capzy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capzy from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including any third-party website's terms of service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the Service. In accordance with Section 5, any unused balance remaining in your account at that time is not refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capzy is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
