Proxy terms & blocked websites

Version 2026-10-11 · Updated October 11, 2026

These proxy terms supplement the Capzy Terms of Service. They apply to proxy trials, bandwidth packages and top-ups across all proxy pools, including purchases made for an organization.

Blocked websites & categories

The following websites and categories are blocked across Capzy proxy pools. Purchasing bandwidth does not grant access to blocked targets. Review this list before purchasing. Restrictions can change.

  • All government websites
  • Banking and payment websites
  • Ticketswap, HealthEquity and SopranoVillas
  • Traffic monetization platforms, including GetGrass, NodePay and Gradient
  • VFS Global (visa.vfsglobal.com) and mspapis.com
  • Greenshades.com, GreenEmployee.com, GreenshadesOnline.com and Downloadmyform.com
  • DDS hosting and 4chan.org
  • OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org and osm.org)
  • Moviestarplanet, rolimons.com and fool.com
  • torbox.app, happyrail.com and treinreiswinkel.nl
  • mobiledirect.ro and Coinstash

Government, banking and payment websites are blocked categories, including websites not individually named above. Contact Capzy support before purchasing if you are unsure whether your target is supported.

Before you buy

Check whether your intended target is blocked. Contact Capzy support before purchasing if you need a restricted target. Exceptions require review and are not guaranteed. Use proxies only in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Purchase acknowledgement

Before each proxy purchase or top-up, you must confirm that you agree to these proxy terms and the Capzy Terms of Service, and understand that listed targets are blocked. We record the terms version and acknowledgement time with the purchase.
